01 Work
Things I've built
A year of building, mostly in private. This is the part that's public — and the shape of the rest.

EVOLV
A self-evolving AI workspace. One Go binary boots on localhost:7373 and lets the agent write real components into its own source tree; a file watcher pushes every change over WebSocket, so the interface mutates live — no refresh, no rebuild, no restart.
You ask for a pomodoro timer and get a working panel mounted in the conversation. You ask for a game and it writes one into itself. Every mutation lands in an append-only evolution ledger, so the app you install and the app you're running ten minutes later are not the same thing.
It is local-first and needs no signup: it runs with Ollama or any API key, and the demo needs neither. Built with Aaron Wise; 23 stars and the most traffic anything I've made has ever had.

SONDERR
A privacy-first AI workspace with Web3 capabilities that installs with a single command and runs from localhost. Free-tagged models work without an API key, and the session lives entirely on the machine you started it on — macOS, Linux or Windows.
one-command install · Node 20+ · no key required

HHR
A coding assistant for the terminal: inspect files, plan, edit, run commands in a persistent session, stream the answer as it arrives, then ask for a findings-first review. Shipped as hhr-ai on npm. Not maintained any more — EVOLV took over the same ideas.

Causal Packet Networks
Can a model plan an answer as independent meaning packets, work out which packets need which, and generate the independent ones in parallel? A research plan with the 5× goal stated as a target to test — not a result. No model, no measured numbers, just the argument and the experiment.
proposal · dependency graph · 5× target, untested

Redshift drift in LTB cosmology
A preprint on bang-time perturbations and redshift drift in LTB cosmology: derives the neighbouring-light-cone drift equation, then computes where the model families hold up — hump-shaped profiles develop shell crossings, monotone ones don't. Paper, code and figures in one repository; every number regenerates with two commands.

04 Private
The part you can't click
Most of what I've built this year is private — hundreds of projects, shipped and abandoned and rebuilt, in a personal collection that never needed a public URL. Everything above is the small public subset.
Underneath it: fleets of VPSs provisioned and run for real workloads, multi-agent swarms that plan and delegate to each other (a few of them public), and a book that made it to print.
- VPS fleetsProvisioning, deploying and keeping servers alive — the boring part that makes the rest possible.
- Agent swarmsMulti-agent systems that divide work, hand off context and check each other; a few published, most kept private.
- A published bookWritten, edited and printed — the long-form version of the same habit.
- Hundreds of buildsRoughly one a day for a year, most never shipped past my own machine.
